• Introduce Ui_time_source module for clock management in UI applications:

  • create function to initialize a new clock with a specified start time

  • incr_clock function to access the Incremental clock within the Bonsai clock

  • advance_clock_by and advance_clock functions to move the current time forward

  • now and watch_now for accessing the current time and an incremental node containing the time

  • at_intervals and at for creating incremental values that update based on time intervals or specific instants

  • until and sleep effects for delaying actions until a certain time or for a time span

  • wait_after_display effect for delaying actions until after the display lifecycle
