• duras build [DIR] — convert the note collection to a static HTML website. Output defaults to ./duras-html. One page per note, tag pages, and an index. An existing output directory is replaced. Encrypted and unparseable notes are skipped; errors reported to stderr.
• Notes use sigline format. Existing free-form notes are compatible; no migration required.

• Note initialisation (open, append) now writes a four-line preamble: date: header, blank line, sigline heading # YYYY-MM-DD, blank line. Cursor opens on line 4.
• spec/filesystem.md updated to v1.2 documenting sigline as the note body format.
