Module Voice.OutSource

This module is used to deal with outgoing voice messages

Sourcetype voice = {
  1. chat_id : int;
  2. voice : string;
  3. duration : int option;
  4. disable_notification : bool;
  5. reply_to_message_id : int option;
  6. reply_markup : ReplyMarkup.reply_markup option;
}

Represents the outgoing voice message. Note that the voice field can either be an existing file id or the raw bytes from a file
