Transform Utilities.

This interface provides an OCaml API for LLVM transform utilities, the classes in the LLVMTransformUtils library.

val clone_module : Llvm.llmodule -> Llvm.llmodule

clone_module m returns an exact copy of module m. See the llvm::CloneModule function.
