Module Zed_rope.Buffer

Type of rope buffers.

val create : unit -> t

Create a new empty buffer.

val add : t -> Zed_char.t -> unit

add buffer zChar add zChar at the end of buffer.

val add_uChar : t -> Uchar.t -> unit

add buffer uChar add uChar at the end of buffer.

val add_rope : t -> rope -> unit

add buffer rope add rope at the end of buffer.

val add_string : t -> Zed_string.t -> unit

add buffer str add str at the end of buffer.

val contents : t -> rope

contents buffer returns the contents of buffer as a rope.

val reset : t -> unit

reset buffer resets buffer to its initial state.
