Hard-coded database of library function specifications.

Sourceval add_lib_funs : string list -> unit

This is for when we need to use special transfer function on functions calls that have definitions.

Sourceval is_safe_uncalled : string -> bool
Sourceval find : ?nowarn:bool -> GoblintCil.Cil.varinfo -> LibraryDesc.t

Find library function descriptor for special function (as per is_special).

Sourceval is_special : GoblintCil.Cil.varinfo -> bool

Check if function is treated specially.
