Module type SetDomain.SSource
A set domain must support all the standard library set operations. They have been copied instead of included since our empty has a different signature.

widen x y assumes leq x y. Solvers guarantee this by calling widen old (join old new).
If leq x y = false, then pretty_diff () (x, y) should explain why.
