Precompiled binaries for Microsoft Windows

Self installer for Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000, XP, Vista. This is Caml Light version 0.74, not yet updated to 0.75. Installation directory must not contain spaces in its name. So, don't install in C:\Program Files; the default installation directory C:\CamlLight should be fine.
